Open House Photo Projection System (OHPP) ver.2 is a system to facilitate information sharing amongst visitors, or between IAMAS staff (organizers) and visitors. During Open House a prototype system is operated as a demonstration.

Sound files and GPS linkages incorporate information into outside spaces. Users walk with a customized device and physically experience a new interpretation of space.

A work capable of intuitively editing sound it is exposed to, which was presented last year at an academic conference is introduced. This work, Tangible 3D Graphic Equalizer,is presented along with a thermal sensing figure prototype currently in production.

A sensor node prototype and its contents are introduced, as well as a simple system proposal directed towards general ubiquitous environments for databases and sensor nodes or RFIDs.

A cafe where a selection from the nine year archive of IAMAS TV is shown. Students run everything from planning to production to create this new public media show.

Portrait Cinema is exhibited featuring an HD display set up in portrait view to explore the possibilities of portrait-oriented playback. This work was conceived by a first year student. Previously created movies are also shown, and a timeline of creations is introduced.
